Martin Child - Managing Director, Europe

Martin joined Webloyalty in 2006 with responsibility for establishing the company in Europe, through its headquarters in the UK. Martin brings over 20 years of direct marketing, Internet, interactive and business management experience to the position. Prior to Webloyalty International, Martin was the Vice president, Sales and Marketing, Europe for Yahoo Search Marketing. His responsibilities included management of over $500 million in revenue and 250 employees. Before Yahoo Search Marketing, Martin served as managing director, BBDO Interactive, UK from 1996-2001. Under his tenure, the organisation grew to over 100 people with revenues of approximately £10 million. Martin has also held management positions at Clarke Hooper Consulting, an international sales and promotional services agency and LGM Marketing Services, a top-twenty UK sales promotion and direct marketing agency.

Michelle Hocking - Business Development Director

Michelle joined Webloyalty in 2007 with over 20 years integrated marketing and business development experience gained from many blue-chip businesses across a wide range of sectors. Prior to Webloyalty International, Michelle established two start-up companies, including Hotcake, a digital marketing agency which turned over £1.5 million in its first year, and CheetahMail. As Head of Sales, Marketing and Partnerships, Michelle was part of the original team which launched CheetahMail into the UK, developing it into a leading email marketing provider. Part of her responsibilities included creating and implementing both the marketing and sales strategies, as well as developing internal and external partnership programmes. Michelle has also held senior positions at Clarke Hooper Consulting, an international sales and promotional services agency and Black Cat, a top through-the-line consultancy.

Gill Hynes - Marketing Director

Gill joined Webloyalty as Marketing Director in 2006. Gill has over 20 years experience in marketing, specialising in relationship marketing, CRM programme development and digital marketing. Prior, Gill was a Board Director at Diametric Consulting, managing client consultancy projects helping clients such as Eurostar and Prudential to monetise their client data and databases. Gill also served as Managing Director of Carlson Digital with responsibility for growing the agency from a fledgling start up to the 8th largest digital agency in the UK, winning amongst other business, the Guinness global web account. Whilst at Carlson Gill also headed up a strategic initiative to develop an on and offline CRM programme for News International. Gill has also held positions at Air Miles where she was Head of Marketing responsible for the communication strategy for over 4 million Air Miles collectors and at British Airways where she was responsible for the Executive Club communications strategy.
